  • Operational growth required to offer a global 24 hour service to institutional clients
  • The business required a credible strategy and bid to win government contracts and secondary corporate business. 

Response

  • Developed the target operating model, growth strategy and bid materials
  • Built an operational capacity model enabling testing of growth scenarios to inform the commercial pitch and reduce long term risks to delivery and service level performance.

Results

  • Successful award of the contract 
  • Produced the target operating model and growth plan to deliver a tenfold increase in staff operating in 3 continents.
